Processing refers to the time needed to confirm, prepare and hand your order to the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner. Processing time is separate from transit or delivery time.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Any available estimate is provided for guidance and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier capacity, weekends, holidays, weather, destination, customs where applicable, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout before you place your order.
Please review your order total before completing checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount you agree to pay for the selected products and available shipping option.
Where We Ship
Available shipping destinations are determined at checkout. If your address is not accepted during checkout, we may not currently be able to ship that product to your location.
Product availability and delivery options can vary by destination and by the fulfillment location used for a specific product.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available for your shipment, it may be sent to the email address used during checkout or made available through your order details.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. It can take some time after shipment for the carrier's tracking system to display the first scan or movement.
Orders With Multiple Items
If you purchase more than one product, items may sometimes be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, parts of the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
If multiple tracking numbers are issued, each shipment should be followed using its corresponding tracking information.
Incorrect or Changed Shipping Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been transferred to a carrier or fulfillment partner.
Shipping Delays
Most orders progress normally, but delays can occasionally occur. Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, customs processing, incorrect addresses and other external events may affect delivery.
A delivery estimate is therefore an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly stated during checkout.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors where appropriate, and review any carrier delivery notes.
If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then contact our support team with your order number and tracking information so we can review the available details.
